Ailsa Hayes from Islay Spirited Soap Company We are a small soap works based on the Hebridean Island of Islay. Famous the world over for its whisky, this “whisky isle” is also home to miles of empty beaches and spectacular cliffs. At the mercy of the Atlantic surf and isolated from the mainland, alcohol is not the only spirit here. The true spirit of Islay is found in its people.

We have tried to capture the essence of this unique island in our hand crafted transparent whisky soaps and related bath products. Our chemical knowledge and commitment to using the best natural ingredients, including Islay Malt, makes sure that everyone can now bathe in the “water of life”.
